Thousands flocked to St Marys Leagues Stadium on Sunday afternoon to witness the second annual Save Our Sons Immortals Challenge, showcasing some of best young talent in NSW.

Teams from across the state between under-9s and 14s battled it out for championship glory in their respective competitions.

There were scenes of jubilation as well as despair as both sides in each age-division were presented with their Immortals Challenge medallion by league legends Steve Menzies and Mark Geyer, as well as Sea Eagles front-rower Luke Burgess.
