North Sydney Bears 36 (L Schaumkel 3, B Gregorius, K Auva'a, D Nicholls tries; Nicholls 6 goals) bt Canterbury Bulldogs 16 (L Dodd, T Tasi, G Tsikrikas tries; C Stanley 2 goals)
SUMMARY: The North Sydney Bears continue their Finals march with a convincing 20-point upset victory over competition heavyweights, the Canterbury Bulldogs. The win sees the Bears sit inside the top eight with four games remaining in the regular season. Trailing 12-6 at halftime, the Bears exploded in the second half with Latrell Schaumkel scoring an amazing hat trick of tries in the space of eight minutes. 

Warriors 30 (S Solomona 2, D Peyroux 2, J Palavi tries; M Lino 5 goals) bt Newtown Jets 28 (K Kara 2, Tim Robinson, C Brown, C Smith tries; T Murphy 4 goals)
SUMMARY: The Warriors remain in a three-way race for the minor premiership with a 30-28 victory over the Newtown Jets. Mason Lino was instrumental for the Warriors in the stop-start affair, while Todd Murphy was outstanding in a losing outfit. The loss means the Jets drop out of the top eight.

Illawarra Cutters 22 (N Green 2, J Vaivai, A Tuimavave-Gerrard tries; B Wallace 3 goals) bt Penrith Panthers 18 (K Moss, S Scarlett, C Smith tries; A Davies 3 goals)
SUMMARY: 
Illawarra overcame a second-half Panthers revival to defeat the defending premiers 22-18. Having led 10-6 at half-time, the Cutters extended their lead early in the second half through Nathan Green to lead 16-6 before back-to-back tries put Penrith in front for the first time 18-16. However, the Cutters responded for the win with Nathan Green scoring his second try for the Cutters to stay in the top eight.
