The 2017 State of Origin dates have been announced, with Suncorp Stadium to host Game I and III, with ANZ Stadium to hold Game II.
With Paul Gallen retiring from the State of Origin arena, a new era begins for the NSW VB Blues, who are looking for their first series victory since 2014.
NSW has not won a match in Brisbane since Game I 2014, but almost pulled off a comeback victory last year that would have ultimately seen them win the series.
Despite Queensland claiming the shield, the VB Blues will carry the momentum of their victory in Game III into next year, where Laurie Daley’s men beat the buzzer with a Michael Jennings try to secure a thrilling victory.
