The NSWRL has launched its Blues Tag program, providing women of various age groups to develop their Rugby League skills in a non-contact format throughout the pre-season.

With the competitions to kick off in March, participants will play the league tag program over a six-week period. Players of all abilities and levels of experience are encouraged to attend - many current NSW Women's and Jillaroos stars first got a taste of Rugby League via non-contact versions of the game.

Under-14s, under-16s, under-18s and open women's competitions are available at two Sydney locations: Riverwood Park (to be played on Wednesday nights) and Eastwood's TG Milner Field (to be played on Friday nights). Registration is just $35 per player, with team shirts provided.

Competitions kick off at Riverwood Park on Wednesday, 1 March and at TG Milner field on Friday, 3 March 2017.
