Mitch Williams, Wyong’s captain and hooker, is the heart and soul of the Roos’ Intrust Super Premiership NSW side. Here he answers our questions about life, love and Rugby League.

My footballing dream is… to play NRL.

I’d describe the way I play as… competitive, attacking, relentless.

My sports idol as a kid was… both Brad Fittler and Andrew Johns.

If I was handed $1,000,000 now I’d… buy a house by the beach with the missus.

I wish I was more… patient... and a lot taller.

Life is… like a box of chocolates. Live the life you imagined.

I supported Sydney Roosters football club as a kid because of… Brad Fittler.

My favourite childhood footy memory is… playing with my mates every week.

Few people know I can… count to 10 in three languages and cook microwave popcorn perfectly.

Outside of football I… work as a Rugby League Development officer.

With my final $10 I’d… buy 24 nuggets at KFC.

In 20 years’ time I… will be coaching and talking about how tough the game was back in my day.
