Overcoming countless injury setbacks on his way to the NSW VB Blues fold, Origin debutant Nathan Peats is ready to make the number 9 jersey his own.
"I'm obviously very excited and happy to be here, I was a bit overwhelmed on Monday but hanging around the boys the last couple of days has settled the nerves a bit," Peats says.
"Every game in the NRL is tough, especially when you're expected to pump out 80 [minutes], but that's what the best players do, and I'm aiming to be one of those."
