James Tedesco played his first full series for the VB Blues, and was a shining light in what turned out to be a disappointing result for NSW.

He starred at fullback, coming close to being man of the match in Game I, before a premature end to Game II thanks to a concussion saw him helpless on the sidelines when NSW went down in the dying minutes of the match.

Roosters and NSW fans have a lot to be excited about, as his talent was never in question, however he has now proved he can perform at his best in the State of Origin arena.
