A feature in NSW's 28-4 victory in Origin I earlier this series, the blue brigade north of the border were front of mind for VB Blues star Jarryd Hayne, as he was quick to embrace the state's proudest backers.
"They were very special, when I ran out, they took me to another level," Hayne told NSWRL.com.au after the win.
"They mean everything to us the Blatchys Blues, for them to come up [to Brisbane], it means a lot to the boys.
"It's very hostile up here, but to see them there and to celebrate with them, there was nothing better."
With tickets for the away bay selling fast, Blatchys Member Beau Murray was fast to urge VB Blues supporters to make the trip to Brisbane for Origin III.
"Blatchys is the next level of experiences for Rugby League, it's fantastic," Murray tells NSWRL.com.au.
"Being there for Game One, it was an unbelievable experience, and to share in that win was very special.
"The mateship and pride on the field is exacty that which you feel in the stands, you feel a part of the team. It's something not to miss."
