Tough-as-nails NSW VB Blues hooker Robbie Farah remains optimistic of lining-up in next Wednesday night’s Origin decider at Suncorp stadium despite suffering a broken hand in the Wests Tigers’ clash with Penrith last weekend.

Farah has undergone surgery to repair a metacarpal fracture in a bid to play in next Wednesday’s Origin decider, and despite the severity of his injury, the courageous hooker told media assembled at the VB-supported Origin III team announcement, that it wouldn’t end his 2015 Origin campaign.

No one can question the VB Blues hooker’s toughness. The influential dummy-half played 60 minutes of game one with a battered shoulder, and will do all he can to pull on the sky blue of his state once again in Brisbane next Wednesday.

There’s no better way to support the NSW VB Blues than by being at the match and being a part of The Star-backed Blatchys Blues. If you can’t make Brisbane, though, be sure to catch all the action from The Star – it’s the official home of the NSW Blues and Blatchys Blues.
