It’s the most open race in VB NSW Cup history with the eight confirmed finalists all in serious contention for the 2015 premiership. The finishing positions of the final eight teams – Penrith, Mounties, Warriors, Wyong, Canterbury, Newcastle, North Sydney and Manly – will be decided at the end of this weekend’s matches.
In Ron Massey Cup, all teams are hunting Mounties, currently holding a five-win advantage over the second-placed Wentworthville Magpies. Just two competition points separate fifth to 10th.
The Sydney Shield is also being fiercely contested, with nine sides still battling for a place in this year’s finals series with just one round to play.
