Westpac Blues League Tag

Westpac Blues League Tag is a new and exciting non-contact format of Rugby League administered by NSWRL.

It is an inclusive-style of Rugby League open to players from all backgrounds and abilities, with a focus on improving the players' fundamental skills – catching, passing and in-game communication.

Still in its infancy, Blues Tag offerings have seen an influx of new players and volunteers to Junior League clubs.

Westpac Blues League Tag FAQs

What will our club get?

Your Junior League club will receive one set of tags per team, match footballs and increased club membership.

What day are Westpac Blues League Tag competitions played?

Days of play are dependent on the number of teams in each Junior League district. Conference competitions are offered across districts.

With an increase in number of clubs registering Blues Tag teams, the NSWRL is hopeful of offering localised competitions operating within existing Junior League districts.
