The NSW Blues under-18s squad has undergone testing and been given a taste of life as an Origin player in their day-long camp at Narrabeen on Thursday.

The rising stars of rugby league listened to a range of talks, including from Blues legend Brad Fittler and assistant coach Matt Parish about the demands of being a State of Origin player and the sacrifices it takes to be successful.

Listen to Matt Parish's thoughts on the success of the camp and hear from promosing young stars Jack Cogger (Newcastle Knights), John Hopoate (Manly Sea Eagles) and Nathan Cleary (Penrith Panthers).
