The NSWRL would like to congratulate former NSW VB Blues fullback Jarryd Hayne on officially signing a three-year deal with NFL franchise the San Francisco 49ers.
Hayne, last year's Brad Fittler medal winner alongside Ryan Hoffman, has gained international attention as a result of his shift, with the 49ers profiling his move on their website.
Hayne has indicated a desire to play running back but could feature in a range of different positions either in the 49ers' offensive unit or in their special teams line-up.
