NSW coach Laurie Daley was engulfed in a sea of blue today when he said thank you to over 120 Strathfield South Primary school students.
Boys and girls from Year 2 had put pen to paper during this year’s origin campaign with their heart felt letters of support for Loz and his men.
Up until last year, these kids had never seen a win for their state but their passion has been unwavering.
NSWRL Community Programs will now turn their attention to brightening the lives of seriously ill children, teenagers and their families across Australia – as it heads into the first week of the VB NSW Cup Wishleague Round for the Starlight Foundation.
In its second year, the Wishleague dedicated rounds will hope to better the $30,000 dollars raised, granting over five wishes to some very special children.
