NSW True Blue Paul Langmack is one of the most loved characters in Rugby League, but many were shocked to hear of his cancer diagnosis last month. The former Canterbury-Bankstown, Western Suburbs and NSW Blues forward isn't scared of the battle ahead, however, instead seeing it as an opportunity to bring the fight into the public eye.

Langmack is raising funds and awareness for Cure the Future, a organisation dedicated to the research of innovative cell and gene therapies. He will appear on Channel 9's NRL Footy Show tomorrow night to bring attention to the cause and update people on his condition.

The light-hearted Rugby League legend chatted with NSWRL.com.au to discuss the diagnosis and his plans to help others who are battling the condition.
