Dragons second rower Tyson Frizell will replace Wade Graham, who tonight was ruled out of Origin II after unsuccessfully fighting a Grade One careless high tackle charge.

NSW VB Blues Coach Laurie Daley tonight expressed his disappointment for Graham.

"It's disappointing; I thought he had a very good case," Daley said. "I feel for Wade.He has waited all his life for this chance and I feel sorry for him that that dream has been taken away from him."

Frizell will join the VB Blues in camp at Coffs Harbour tomorrow (time TBC).
