EAST CAMPBELLTOWN

·      Looking for their second Sydney Shield premiership, after winning the competition in 2014

·      Finished fifth on the ladder, so they have had to win three consecutive games to make the Grand Final

·      Have won five games in a row, with their last defeat coming from Mounties in Round 22, where they went down 38-28

·      Beat Cabramatta 38-26 in Week One of the finals, beat Belrose 32-18 in Week Two of the finals, and beat St Marys last week 40-6 in their Preliminary Final

·      Ben Baker scored 28 tries in the season, and scored an incredible five tries last week to go with four goals

·      Won 13 games and lost nine in the regular season

 

MOUNTIES

·      Won the Minor Premiership, four points clear of second placed Peninsula

·      Cracked the 1000 point barrier in 2016, scoring 1014 points in the regular season

·      Averaged a whopping 46 points a game, while conceding under 18 points a game

·      Maika Sivo scored 36 tries in the regular season

·      Have won three games in a row; sensationally went down 30-0 to Guildford in Round 23

·      Defeated Belrose 38-30 in Week 1 of the finals, then came from behind to beat Peninsula 32-16 in the Preliminary Final

·      One of three Mounties senior team's to make the Grand Final
