The NSWRL has today finalised its referee coaching staff for 2018. 

NSWRL Referees High Performance Manager Stuart Raper said that with a handpicked coaching staff and nine months into the role he is excited by the squad of officials going into the 2018 season.

"With the under-20s competition now under the guidance of the NSWRL, we have four strong competitions to cater for as well as the Junior representative games and Women’s competitions," Raper said.

"I have the utmost confidence in the 2018 coaching staff in assisting and develop high standard officials for these competitions as well as developing officials up into the next level."

The 2018 referee coaching staff is as follows:

Paul Kalina – Assistant Coach/Operations

Russell Turner – Assistant Coach

Peter Burke – High Performance Conditioning Coach

Junior Reps Referees Coaches

Gavin Badger – Head Coach

Gavin Reynolds – Assistant Coach

Allan Shortall – Assistant Coach

Paul Holland - Assistant Coach

Brody Castle – Assistant Conditioning coach

The NSWRL Junior representative referees squad commences pre-season training on November 8, with the High performance Grade squad starting November 13.
