Bulldogs Sign Nick Meaney

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have secured 20-year-old Newcastle Knights fullback Nick Meaney as Moses Mbye's long-term replacement at the back from next season.

Meaney represented the NSW Under-20 side last season and was a member of the Intrust Super NSW Residents squad, while also being awarded the Knights' under-20s Player of the Year for the past two seasons.

He is the second young Newcastle player to sign with the Bulldogs for next season, following halfback Jack Cogger, and will take up a three-year deal from 2019.
