Crichton ruled out of World Club Challenge

Star Sydney Roosters recruit and Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues forward Angus Crichton has been ruled out of the World Club Challenge match against Wigan as he continues rehabilitation on his injured shoulder.

Crichton joined the reigning premiers on a three-year deal in the off-season but underwent minor shoulder surgery at the back end of 2018.

He will have to wait until their Round 1 clash against his former club, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, to make his club debut.

Fellow Origin team-mates James Tedesco, Boyd Cordner and Luke Keary are all expected to line-up for the tri-colours on Monday morning (AEDT).
