Warriors: Adam Pompey replaces Gerard Beale in the centres as Edward Kosi comes into the squad on the wing. Ligi Sao has been named on the extended bench for the NRL side with Clayton Williams named to start. Jackson Frei, Adam Tuimavave-Gerrard and Sean Mullany make up a new-look interchange as Preston Riki retains his spot. This sees Paulos Latu move to the reserves with Phillip Makatoa dropping out of the squad.
South Sydney: Connor Tracey returns at halfback with Bailey Sironen making way for Dean Hawkins at five-eighth. Ky Rodwell’s inclusion at lock means Trent Peoples moves to the interchange and Keaon Koloamtangi shifts into second-row. Jacob Gagan returns from first-grade while Leigh Higgins replaces Lachlan Walmsley at fullback.

Newtown: Kyle Flanagan was a late withdrawal for the Jets after replacing Shaun Johnson for the Sharks. He is again named on the NRL extended bench with Johnson named to return. Aaron Gray has also been named on the Sharks extended bench with Matt Evans shifting to the centres and Tyla Tamou starting on the wing. 
Bears: A massive inclusion for the Bears with Nat Butcher returning to the back-row after playing for the Roosters on Thursday night. Tom Freebairn drops out of the side after a strong performance against the Bulldogs.

Wests: The Magpies have named a new centre pairing in Tommy Talau and Kane McQuiggin while Kane Bradley is named on the wing as Bilal Maarbani moves to the interchange. Thomas Mikaele has not been named, meaning Joseph Ratuvakacereivalu moves into the starting front row. 
Penrith: 
Guy Mission has made a host of changes following their first loss of the season against the Warriors – Jed Cartwright shifts to the back-row which moves Brent Naden into the centres. Malakai Watene-Zelezniak and Liam Martin return with William Burns dropping to the interchange bench.

Dragons: Mitchell Allgood and Luciano Leilua have again been named on an extended bench for the Dragons NRL side which sees Josh Kerr and Charly Runciman named to start. Eddie Blacker comes into the 17 but is likely to drop out if Leilua and Allgood are free to play. 
Bulldogs: Fa’amanu Brown makes a switch to halfback with Alex Seve making way. Ben Marschke enters the squad in the vacant no. 9 while Samuel Radovu and Tony Matautia are the new inclusions on the interchange bench, replacing James Roumanos and Austin Dias. Marcelo Montoya returns to centre in place of Christian Crichton with Elie El-Zakhem is named on the extended bench.
