Soward says: It's a really tough trip over to New Zealand because you may only get there the night before and have to get up and play quite early because of the time difference – it's deceptively hard. For me, South Sydney looked a little tired last week after they've been up for a month and they look like their first-grade squad with three wins and one loss. I like the Warriors with Adam Keighran playing again and think it may be an upset. Warriors by 4.

Soward says: Lachlan Croker and Zach Dockar-Clay pulled all the right strings in Round 4 and I think they go up to Newcastle and win again. The Knights have been disappointing and have been a bit like their NRL team who won their first game but lost three in a row. Blacktown Workers turned a corner last week and I think they'll come away with a close victory. Blacktown by 1.

Soward says: The Jets haven't come out of the gates this year and they have been really disappointing. In saying that, they have had plenty of changes throughout their spine and changes to their squad. However, the Bears have been on fire and I think they're definitely one of the competition heavyweights. They'll be too good and got them to win by 16.

Soward says: The Bulldogs have had significant changes and the guys who have gone up have been a core part of this side. I think they will struggle for the rest of the year but you have to think there will be some sort of bounce back mentality. Soward says: I certainly haven't seen this coming from Wentworthville and they've proven to have great depth and are coming off a big win against the Jets.
