Wyong Roos and Glebe Burwood have emerged as the front runners in the NSW Challenge Cup competition after securing consecutive wins heading into Week Four. 

Wyong enjoyed a 26-18 victory over Cabramatta on their home turf at Morry Breen Oval. Cabramatta outside back Joseph Romeo set up an exciting finish after scoring and converting his own try in the final minutes but the Roos defence held to secure a Semi-final berth.

Glebe Burwood piled on 44 unanswered points against Blacktown Workers, Asquith beat Thirlmere by two points to knock them out of the competition, while Wentworthville defeated Hills Bulls 18-12 at Ringrose Park with tries to Piki Rogers, Daniel Petralia and Beau Henry.
