Jai Field secures development contract with Parramatta Eels

Former St George Illawara Dragons utility Jai Field has now secured a development contract with the Parramatta Eels after joining the Club at the beginning of the 2020 season on a train-and-trial deal.

Jai made his NRL debut in 2017 for the Dragons, and plays various positions in the backline – Full-back, Five-eighth, Halfback and Wing.

In addition, Parramatta Eels have agreed to a mutual release for the remainder of Ethan Parry’s contract, effective immediately.

Parramatta Eels General Manager of Football Mark O’Neill said, “we are excited to add Jai to our playing roster as he has been very impressive during his time at the Eels. Jai has enormous talent, he brings depth to our backline and he already has first grade experience. We would also like to wish Ethan all the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his time at our Club.”
