Tickets on sale for Harvey Norman Women's State of Origin

The NRL today released a further allocation of tickets for the first ever Harvey Norman Women’s State of Origin clash to be held in Queensland.

With the venue capacity at Sunshine Coast Stadium set at 50 per cent, due to COVID-19 restrictions, fans are encouraged to get in early to experience the Harvey Norman Women’s State of Origin, on Friday, November 13.

Fans who purchased tickets for the originally scheduled clash in June have taken up the chance to transfer their allocation to the November 13 clash.

The remainder of the allocation is now on sale, with tickets for adults from $10 and children under 15 free.

NRL CEO Andrew Abdo said the Women’s Origin would build on the success of the two previous encounters in Sydney.

“The quality of the rugby league which was on display in the women’s Premiership showed our Origin match will be incredible,’’ he said.

“Amid all the challenges, we have been so incredibly proud to be able to showcase both our elite men and women this year.

“To be able to thank the people of the Sunshine Coast for their hospitality over the course of the year is also something that is very important to us.”

The Women’s State of Origin is supported by the Queensland Government, through Tourism and Events Queensland, and features on the It’s Live! in Queensland events calendar.
