Giant Screen, Giant Impact

It is a moment that Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues fans will never forget … captain James Tedesco’s 80th minute 2019 Ampol State of Origin Series winning try. And today THAT try featured in the launch of the Great Southern Screen at Sydney’s Accor Stadium.

NSW Minister for Sport Stuart Ayres unveiled the giant screen with Tedesco’s spectacular try capturing a snapshot of the action that fans will enjoy when the Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues kick-off the series-opener on 8 June in Sydney.

The Great Southern Screen wraps around the southern end of Accor Stadium and boasts a reputation as the longest high-definition straight run video display anywhere in the world at 120m long and 10m deep.
