True Blue Paul Langmack recently visited the Nowra Warriors Junior Rugby League Club for NSWRL’s ‘Changing Rooms’ program. ‘Changing Rooms’ is designed to educate and provide support to the NSWRL community in dealing with their Mental Fitness and wellbeing. The program is facilitated by NSWRL in partnership with industry accredited presenters on Mental Fitness and Wellbeing.

We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
