Coaching and High Performance
The NSWRL Performance Team help and support all players and coaches who represent NSWRL, ranging from the Men’s and Women’s Age Group to Senior State of Origin teams.
The Performance Team aim to provide support and insight into coaching, physiological and psychological performance through, NSWRL based initiatives (for example, Positional Specific Coaching Sessions with ex-Origin players, Age Group Origin Camps and The Male/Female Blues Way resources), access to the latest technologies, their research and applied work with the University of New England and through industry links.
The Team also utilises former Origin players, such as, Andrew Johns, Danny Buderus and Mark O’Meley, who are able to provide further insights to players and coaches, drawing on their Origin experiences.”
