Dugan Ruled Out
He was the best player for the VB Blues last season, but an elbow injury suffered against South Sydney has ruled him out of the first Origin clash at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday. Reliable centre Josh Morris was named as his replacement yesterday.
U-16s Into Camp
The NSW under-16s State Of Origin side, coached by Brad Fittler, entered their Narrabeen Camp on Saturday and were immediately put through two field sessions. They will take on Queensland in the State Of Origin I curtain-raiser at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday.

The Illawarra Cutters stole a victory in Wollongong yesterday thanks to a Damien Sironen try over the Wyong Roos. Sironen had been stretchered off the field just two weeks ago against Newcastle, and he was rewarded for a quick return with a match-winning try.
