The NSW Women's Interstate Challenge side touched down in Gold Coast earlier this morning, freshening up after a tough opposed session against the Ron Massey Cup representative side last night at Aubrey Keech Reserve.
Coach Ben Cross talks us through the benefits of the session, and believes it will adequately prepare them for tomorrow afternoon's clash against Queensland.
The Women's Interstate Challenge will be played on Saturday at 3.10pm at Cbus Super Stadium and will be streamed live on NSWRL.com.au
