Josh Dugan will undergo minor surgery this week as a result of a cheekbone fracture suffered while playing for Australia at GIO Stadium, Canberra on Friday night.

Dugan met with the specialist on Sunday morning where it was determined that he'll miss the next three weeks of football.

With a bye scheduled for Round 12, it's anticipated at this stage that Dugan will miss the Dragons' next two games - leaving him no further chance to play prior to the Origin I team announcement.
