The New South Wales Rugby League has today paid tribute to former Queensland Rugby League Independent Director Terry Mackenroth, who passed away yesterday.
A passionate Rugby League fan, Mackenroth became a respected voice at the QRL following his appointment as an Independent Director in 2006.
Among his many achievements, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Australian Rugby League Commission in 2012.
The Board of the NSWRL sends its condolences to Mackenroth's family and friends, and acknowledges his significant contribution to Rugby League across the country.
