TIER ONE

This weeks game pinned the Canberra Raiders against the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks, this game was a true demonstration of the future talent within wheelchairrugby league. both teams have a roster with a number of new players who are only a few games into their Wheelchair Rugby League career, but the competitive nature of all was definitely on display.

The game was close with both teams in a tight arm wrestle, where both having moments of missed opportunities but never giving up. After the 50 minute contest the Raiders edged into the lead with some good ball movement with the combined speed of returning veteran Ralph Hasna who scored the Canberra's two tries.

TIER TWO

West Tigers took on last years premiers St George Illawarra Dragons, this game was fast paced and both team weren't welling to give up any cheap meters.
This game showcased some Wheelchair Rugby League's top representative talents from past years. Both showed signs of still getting into rhythm with this only being the second game in this years competition for both teams and gelling with the new roster and line up.

The Tigers were able to gain the upper hand by scoring 8 tries to the Dragons 5 tries, the standout performance was by the Tigers new recruit and last years NSWWRL blues debutante Liam Luff who crossed the line for three of the Tigers tries.
