NSW City versus NSW Country has played a major part in the history of the NSW Rugby League and this tradition will continue over a three-day festival (24-26 May) for NSW Wheelchair Rugby League this week.

The festival will kick off on Friday 24 May with a school clinic and will finish with a match between NSW City and NSW Country wheelchair teams at the Maitland Federation Centre on Sunday 26 May.

The match has been played for the past four years and the honours are evenly split. It is held annually in regional NSW to showcase the skills of Wheelchair Rugby League to communities outside of larger cities.

Activities for the weekend are as follows:

24 May 10am–2pm: School Clinics

25 May 3–6pm: Corporate come and try

26 May 12pm: Country v City game

Where: The Maitland Federation Centre

10 Bent St, Maitland, NSW 2320
