NSW Rugby League are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Brian James following a tragic accident.
Brian enjoyed a successful Rugby League career playing 96 games for the St George Dragons and South Sydney Rabbitohs, while representing New South Wales twice and Australia once in 1968.
He also played in four Grand Finals for the Rabbitohs, winning back-to-back premierships in 1967 and 1968, before retiring at the end of the 1969 season at the age of 26.
