The Belrose Eagles have produced a dominant performance to claim a resounding 36-18 victory over Sydney University at Henson Park on Saturday.
Andrew Halstead and Daniel Martin scored two tries apiece while William Kelly kicked 6/6 conversions to help Belrose claim their first win of the 2020 season.
Sydney University impressed at stages with five-eighth Johnathan Chong Sun scoring two tries in a fine individual display, although some defensive lapses in the second-half proved costly.
Round 3 will see Sydney University play host to Wentworthville United at Henson Park while Belrose will go head-to-head with Cronulla Caringbah Sharks.
