The NSWRL's #RESPECT Program aims to promote a positive environment for all Rugby League participants and spectators and discourages negative behaviours. Through showing #RESPECT both on and off the field we can encourage more people to enjoy the greatest game of all.

In 2018 all NSWRL Junior League team Managers have been issued a Compendium including a host of relevant information to make their task easier and promote the game's policies.
