FIXTURES | Junior Reps Finals Week 1

The NSWRL has today confirmed fixture details for the opening week of the 2018 Junior Reps Finals Series.

With the UNE SG Ball Cup, UNE Harold Matthews Cup and Harvey Norman Tarsha Gale Cup all to once again feature an eight-team finals format, 12 games will be played on 13-15 April across the three competitions.

For the first time in recent memory, the finals series will feature Friday night football, with two Harvey Norman Tarsha Gale Cup fixtures scheduled for Leichhardt Oval. Leichhardt will host five more games on Saturday, before Campbelltown Sports Stadium and Brookvale Oval stages games on Sunday.

The NSWRL congratulates all teams who will take part in the finals in 2018, including the Sydney Roosters Under 18s boys, the Penrith Panthers Under 16s boys and the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks Under 18s girls, who have been crowned minor premiers in each of their competitions.

Leichhardt Oval (Friday, 13 April)

  • 6.15pm: St George Dragons v South Sydney Rabbitohs (Harvey Norman Tarsha Gale Cup)
  • 7:30pm: Penrith Panthers v Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy (Harvey Norman Tarsha Gale Cup)¬†

Leichhardt Oval (Saturday, 14 April)

  • 12pm: Balmain Tigers v Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks (UNE Harold Matthews Cup)
  • 1.30pm:¬†Sydney Roosters v Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks (UNE SG Ball Cup)
  • 3pm: Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks v Newcastle Knights (Harvey Norman Tarsha Gale Cup)
  • 4.15pm: Penrith Panthers v Newcastle Knights (UNE Harold Matthews Cup)
  • 5:45pm: Penrith Panthers v Newcastle Knights (UNE SG Ball Cup)

Campbelltown Sports Stadium (Sunday, 15 April)

  • 12.45pm: Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs v Illawarra Steelers (UNE Harold Matthews Cup)

Brookvale Oval (Sunday, 15 April)
