Captain Billy Brittain returns at hooker in place of Joshua Cook. Trent Peoples and Jack Johns will start on the bench for the new second row pairing of Dean Britt and Keaon Koloamatangi. Sam McKendry is named at prop, which sees William Burns move to the interchange and Kade Ellis shift to lock while Jed Cartwright and Tyrell Fuimaono start in the second row.
Bears: Coach Jason Taylor has made some minor changes to his North Sydney Bears line-up that secured at 24-14 win over Mounties last week. Sam Verrills will move back to the interchange for Bradley Deitz to assume the hooking role after his stint at five-eighth. Daniel Fifita drops out of the squad.
