Canberra Raiders five-eighth and reigning Dally M Medalist Jack Wighton has been named a finalist for the 2020 CBR Sport Awards.
Wighton - who enjoyed a stellar season as he helped the Raiders reach the preliminary final - is one of three finalists for the Athlete of the Year - Men's Sport category.
Since joining the club as a teenager, Wighton made his NRL debut in 2012 and has represented New South Wales and Australia in the last 18 months.
Jack Wighton is joined as a finalist in the category by Jack Steele (aussie rules) and Alan Alaalatoa (rugby union).
The awards will be present via a virtual event on Wednesday December 16.
