Nickname: K.C.Cherrington has finally won her first Origin series in her third attempt, by bringing her usual brand of energy and aggression in the middle whether starting or coming off the bench.
After topping the run metres for the NSW forwards in Game One, Cherrington was the second most-efficient defender in Game Two behind Apps with 20 tackles and no misses in just 35 minutes on the field.
She played prop for Parramatta Eels in the 2022 NRLW Grand Final loss to Newcastle and sealed a perfect 2022 World Cup campaign with two tries for the Jillaroos in the Final over New Zealand.
